The Hublot King Power FC Bayern Munich
Ever been in the beer halls of Munich before a Bayern Munich home game? If so you will discover a huge number of home fans in fine fettle, creating a huge noise while consuming choice German beers from huge glasses. Hublot announced earlier this year that they would be the official timing partner for Bayern Munich and now they unveil the celebratory timepiece to mark the dalliance, the Hublot King Power FC Bayern Munich.
Perhaps you've grown tired of all these Hublot sporting partnerships? A little cynical perchance? That may be, but no-one negotiates a partnership quite like Hublot, no-one has the foresight to nip in and corner entire sporting organisations (think F1, FIFA....) and no-one is able to capture the essence of each sporting team or individual on a watch dial quite like Hublot can....
...and they've nailed it again. The Bayern Munich piece features a little slice of the Baverian flag along with the teams colours. The 48mm King Power case is made from satin brushed titanium, with molded black rubber and PVD coating aplenty. The blue minute markers are transferred onto the sapphire and the use of red and white lume coating ensures readability. Inside is the HUB4245 self-winding movement, skeletonised to its bare bones and with a power reserve of 42 hours.
The Hublot King Power FC Bayern Munich comes presented on a decorated black rubber strap and will be limited to 200 pieces.
